Hello everyone.
I'm sort of a new Bounty Hunter on the scene. I was a pre-CU BH back in the Master Scout & Master Marksman days. I recently fired up my account again and got back into SWG BHing.
I am having a hard time deciding which path to go with my combat prowess. As it stands, I can fit in three force abilities with my remaining 3 skill points.
Every part of me says to go with Ranged Speed. I don't see what +9 for Ranged Accuracy will do for me with Force Auro protecting Jedi with 400-500 defense points.
I am ready to be trained in either, but would like to get some suggestions from the community.
Thanks.

Interesting...
I am able to be trained in melee defense as well but never really thought of that as being something I would want, being that I am a Rifleman now.
Would +3 Ranged Speed also be equal to +15 General Ranged speed or no?

Depends on your profession.
I'm master pistoleer and master bounty hunter, so my pistol accuracy is high enough that another +15 would make no difference at all. That's why I went for speed, it was the only thing that made a difference.
At 200 accuracy, I find it rare that I miss. Check the general ranged accuracy plus your preferred weapon accuracy to find out if +15 would be useful at all to you.
So far as melee defense, dueling stance + your own defense also pushes that over the charts. I have over 500 defense when dueling is on, so another 15 isn't going to be noticable.

I would imagine so..
However I find that with Advanced Aim + Deut Pyro drink which is almost 500 bonus of accuracy, I miss the same amount.
I do know for a fact that the larger the accuracy, the hard I can hit a target (More damage).
I think in the case of Rifleman, speed is going to be the way I should go...

+12 speed will have a significantly greater effect on your character then +15 accuracy.

Definately pick up the speed mods first. no question about it.

It would make sense - I could also compensate my lack of speed on a weapon with the force speed. This would make guns cheaper for me as I wouldn't need to find the slowest weapon out there.

I used to beFS MBH/MR and the FS speed seemed to help alot.
Does it change your modified speed?
I put a AA on my helmet the other day that did +2 General Ranged Speed and all it did was raise my damage per second.
Any comment?
