Problems I've had so far with the "new" BH marks are pretty much the same, age old, problems..

1) BH marks that end up in water that is to far from land. This causes "mission incomplete" right as you get to about 200m from the target. This means you used an Arakyd, Seeker and TIME only to have a mission fail due to no fault of your own. This needs to be fixed. It shouldnt be hard to have a mark not ever actually SPAWN in water, after all, the game does know when something is in water as it generates swiming animations etc. Why cant the marks just not spawnt here and move to the next hop, or get warped to the nearest landmass even.

2) BH marks that spawn and never move. This is especially bad when taken with #1. If I see that a mark is in water based on the planetary map I can just wait outisde 300m or so from the mark until it moves again. However, they frequently never move. I drove over 10km from starport to Mark once and it never budged. This happens on almost every mission I take so it does seem pretty common for the mark to never move from its original spot. (this was rare when SWG first came out. I actually would have preferred them to sit still back when we didnt have speeders lol)

3) Marks that report the same position until you get within a couple hundred meters of their location then they suddenly jump long distances. Why is the game not updating the position of these marks? A mark cant move more than 500-600m between track droid reports when they work properly. If a mark suddenly jumps well over 3km in one hop that means the game did know he was moving but wasnt updating the droid info.

4) Marks that just plain arent spawning. I have had several marks just never spawn. I have the waypoint, it updtates multiple times in the same spot. But no NPC. I do a /target for the marks name but get nothing. I drive increasing circles around the area and find no mark. There also doesnt appear to be a "white mark" in the area either.

I've had all the same problems. From a coding perspectivethese bugs can be fixed fairly quickly and the result would be a more immersive gaming experience. Please fix these bugs.

Don't forget about marks that spawn inside trees or buildings and can't be attacked.Sometimes I can flush them out with my droid, but the ones in trees are impossible to budge.

if you can see them target another mob near if you can use a cone or aoe on it and it often pulls your target out of the tree just have to be carful what else you pull.

Inside "tree spawn" is an easy thing, just put a camp kit nearby and the tree goes away and the mark is targetable. But its still a silly 'bug' to have..

I submit a bug report everytime I encounter one of thses. Have had many missions with invisible marks or marks that are not there (yes I did the area search) and the many other bugs ingame for us. I guess we can keep submitting bug reports and hope they actually get around to fixing it.

I had an odd bug yesterday. I think it was a bug but might be working as normal (am noob BH). I called an Arakyd (sp?) and when it landed I didn't get an option to upload the BioSig. The droid then just took off. I tried to call another droid but it said I was already tracking a mark. Now when I got up to the droid initially someone flew by on a speeder. Is this a bug or does there have to be no one around?

ROFL i dont think its a Bug anymore. Its almost content. When ya have been doing this aslong as some of us( I seem to feel your one of them) We get used to it. take the mission and think to your self well is this one a tree white con or Swimmer. You can tell the ones that are going to more than likely be white con when ya land. or i can.

Lol... that'd be funny but I'm sure that's not the case. I say the countdown and then the driod crashed in right at the end. The other person was actually passing by.

Chances are if you are not lagged that droid just isnt yours. Its hard to tell sometimes though.

And yeah, I'm a long time BHer. My original character was one of the first BH to exist in SWG.
