17 accuracy bonus
Both are sliced already. I lose about 25 dps using the bottom one when pups are applied, but it has an acc mod and better sac.
Im thinking the bottom one might be better, but im having a hard time deciding because of the dmg loss. Help me decide my fellow bounty hunters!!

second one for sure. with that sac you can fire it all day long.

#2 ... no contest. Lower SAC = more specials and more damage over time... if you run out of action your DPS goes to 0
