Because they're sick to death of Jedi whining about BH's coming after them that they tried to trick us into just hunting NPC's by giving is loot. Cunning!..wont work though

Lol I have a better Idea... hunt jedi and demand loot to not DB them... tell them that if they dont give you some sweet loot then you will kill them and keep coming after them.
