I can make more in space in three hours than your hide is worth. Or any Jedi's for that matter. Hell, my harvesters could pull in that much in less time, with no effort whatsoever. You're not as "big bucks" as you think.
As for your job? What IS your purpose, anyhow? What is it that the Jedi DO, what indespensable purpose do they serve?
You might think Bounty Hunters are low, but you're our prey - how does it feel to be beneath a Bounty Hunter on the food chain?
This is so funny. Why would ANYONE think that there is any one profession that is higher on the "food chain" than anyone else?? You are being truly pathetic with that statement.
So far in this thread, people have called me dishonorable, and a few things that I dont even care to remember. All I am basically trying to do is to get the children (you included) to understand that you dont have to kill a jedi in your first attempt. I will make sure of that if you come for me. OMG. I HATE GENERALIZATIONS. But you children cant seem to get it through your big frickin skulls, so here is the biggest generalization of them all.
ALL BOUNTY HUNTERS SUCK!!
Sorry if I have offended anyone but the children of your profession has caused me to that.

pissssst
Humans are all prey animals... does that make us all lower than dogs?
An argument over an exploit turns into just plain old trash talking.
It's an exploit. You don't feel a disturbance in the force. This is not meant to be your little disturbance in the force ability. People defending this crap are the ones who are feeling cowardly and guilty. Hey, how about in Episode three when order 66 was put into effect? Alot of good a disturbance in the force was there. Jedi are supposed to survive. They don't have to fight you if they don't want to.Have youever run in a PvE battle? Ok then shut up.
You guys wanna sit and defend this total garbage. How about defending the right to play a game free of such stupid bugs. By defending this exploit, you are saying it is ok for SOE to have these retarded bugs in game. So bugs are ok as long as they give YOU the advantage? Some of you need to grow a pair and show some maturity and see the big picture.
I used to be a BH. I am merely browsing this forum because the servers are down and I am bored. But I am glad to see that it's the same as always. The BH vs. Jedi is your thing. For some of you, this may be why you play this game. Don't you want it to be made fair and square? Doesn't either side of you want that feeling of accomplishment when you've defeated your foes in an even battle? There's really no use of the arguing over this. None of you will get anywhere.
BH or Jedi, defending an exploit is stupid. Knock it off before I reach through the internet and /backhand
and yes i am a hypocrite. it's not an exploit tho

theres 2 ways as i see it to fix this, make it like the group decline thing, make it so you can click the box to decline all duels and all rideoffers and the problem is done, or take the endduel as a surrender and give the jedi a xp loss and the bh his reward, that should stop it rather fast.
I would love having a box to click like the decline all group invites box.

What do you have a degree in - Sanitation Engineering? We are primates, but we are not apes (though we may have evolved from them). I'll say it again, apparently someone with your level of education needs it repeated - humans are not the natural prey of any animal in the world, however we kill other animals to survive. Ergo, we are predators.
You might be an ape, if higher learning lets you string a narrow strand of logic into your conlcusion. ![]()

Either idea is great, in fact both would be awesome. The latter would be "just desserts", and to add insult to injury, maybe make it so /endduel doesn't work unless the duel is accepted?

How about just changing the behaviour of "/duel" if its used on a BH by his mark to cause an automatic decline by the BH after a random amount of time around 5 secs? That way it would seem to the Jedi that the BH just declined the duel and there would be no use in "/duel; /endduel" anymore.

The problem is not /endduel, it's /duel (they got the message after typing /duel right? they /endduel before we can accept it)

You have a very poor understanding of the "job" of a Jedi. They're the guardians of peace, justice and order in the Galaxy. They don't murder cops standing outside starports, they don't butcher Feral Wookiees on Kashyyyk (leave that to the Empire) and they don't run like cowards from a one-on-one fight.
But I'm not surprised to hear from yet another Jedi who has no idea of his role. Sadly it attracts more than its share of spineless powergamers who want to be "uber" until the odds are against them.
