i can easily get a dps of 926 with a speed pup, but DPS doesnt matter at all. I dont understand what everybody is concerned with dps anyway. That is the average per second. And if your fully templated. Only worry about max damage, but you still want a dps of about 400 to 500 for ranged professions.

Go with a action reduce pup, and you can spam like carzy those specials. My Sac is 58 with proton carbine, 924 damage, and plus the 90(or is it 80Cold damage it has. I do huge damage in PVP and PVE.

dps who cares really i hit for anywhere from 800 - 1700 depending on armour or special defenses, or totaly off guard .

Advanced Laser Rifle.

max 1185, speed 1.22

sac 56 (pupped)

+17 accuracy - (10 accuracy) = net +7 accutacy

33% wound.

I could also damage pup, but the sac gets steep that way, like 98.
