There are a few weapons that hold up well to proton carbine. My pistol has modified DPS of 520+, but higherspecial attack cost. I'm also hearing that the Heavy Lightning Rifle is amazing! As for the armor, recon armor is probably better against Jedi than the battle armor anyway.....though you may be emotionally attached to your clone armor if that's what you're wearing. I currently use Ubese armor with 6K+ kinetic/ 8K+ energy (lightsaber) protection. It was expensive (1.75 mil), but I had envisioned my character in Ubese armor anyway. MR and MP also get some defenses that I dont believe MC gets.

Currenty I am Master Rifles/Commando with some medic skills. I am thinking about going MBH/Commando, but will not have enough skill points left for the medic skills (because of the village skills). Could I make it without the medic skills if I go for MBH?
