The min and max were screwed on it, the DPS was showing the correct mods.
It would have shot for the lower damage and probably reset with a server reboot if you hadn't pup'ed it.

yeah, I have a krayt scatter that better than this one as it is now. I dont get what could make the stats do that, I've certainly never heard of that before.

well 3 NPC missions down, I got a mandalorian intraframe and 2 reactive micro plaitingsI have no idea what they are any good??

I actually hunted 3 different level 80 NPC marks and this is what I got:
Mark 1--credits
Mark 2--credits
Mark 3--credits and a Flora Recycler schematic! LOL

Thats an excellent loot drop ya got there.. I mean not top of the line or anything but for a loot drop its pretty good. Anyway to use it you have to put into a piece of clothing that has at least 3 sockets available on it. If it was an armor attachment it would go into a piece of armor that has at least 3 sockets available. If you had a piece of clothing with say 2 or 1 socket available only the 2 highest or 1 highest stat would be available. The other 1 or 2 would just disappear and be gone forever. Remeber once you drop any AA or CA into a piece of clothing or armor its there for good. You cannot remove these. I hope I have explained this good enough for ya...
