What a nub.

You're the "nub".

AFK grinding isn't against the rules.

Training mobs IS.

Pulling two level 77 creatures over to a mob of afk jedi is not against the rules. Had they not been using afk lazy macro's they would never had drawn the agro off me. cheating nubs. shame on all you.

Yes. It is. Nub.

Hi Leatherneck...Isn't the forums amazing? LOL You can have SOE policy fact and some nub will still debate it. So ...how have you been? Doing good I hope!

/hug

Still hanging, Corina. Still grinding too, but starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully it's not an on-coming train.

personally I dont think any class should be allowed to AFK grind. AFK grinding is here because of the devs inability to build quality content designed to be fun and challenging yet character building.

exactly. but as was said its Not against the rules and it is against them to train a NPC. Was the Respec we had to let everyone go MBH without ever doing investigation Like it? pretty much. These jedi are not going to know what to do in a real fight.

the fact that training is even a rule isjoke. If in real life someone causes a car wreck to get away from the cops there's no hand of god that pulls the thugs up and says, "hey that's wrong, stop." We want real life situations in game only till it harms us. I've ran into mobs before just because i had a dangerous aggro, so am i guilty of training the npcs? Training may be against the rules but it's something that makes no sense. Sure flame me after this and say it's a rule, its a rule, its a rule. DONT CARE! I know its a rule but it's a bogus rule that only gets counted when it happens to someone that whines enough about it. If we'd all stop whining about stuff that happens instead of sucking it up and moving on, little stupid rules like this wouldn't exist.

Training is defined as pulling/leading a hostile NPC or creature along behind you and attempting to get it to attack another player who does not desire that engagement.

The intentional training of NPCs or Creatures will result in immediate disciplinary action when witnessed by a CSR, or if sufficient evidence is available.

Your macro probably looks like this:

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;

/attack;

/macro afkexploiter;

So, how are bh's taking a creature "near" you training? If your macro agro's the creature it is NOT considered training

Luscio

Stop taking your idiot pills. It is exactly against the rules.

One more time...Training creatures to a group of players afk or not is against the rules. I watched as CSRsobserved thenbanned one player who trained DJK into MO on the Intrepid server to kill AFK entertainers in the cantina. You might have gotten away with it but it was still wrong of you to do.

Don't be obtuse.

SO... When an AFK jedi attacks and pulls agro off me, that is NOT training.

They did not express a desire for THAT SPECIFIC ENGAGEMENT.

You know this to be the truth. You can't be this dumb. You managed to get the game installed, after all.

Really? Hmm.. So why did they design their macro to attack everything? You are trying to twist the rules to not only say "who did not desire engagement" to now mean "who did not desire that specific type of engagemant." Sad.
