Jedi are becoming a cancer, and I am the cureNothing cures cancer. Unless you know something the world's scientists don't know, in which case - get yourself a patent and start saving 1,000's of lives everyday while profiting madly off of it.
I believe 100% that there's actually a cure. But it's far more profitable for the drug companies, who have huge lobbying power in Congress and give a lot of money to political parties (one in particular) to drag out the disease and enable people to live with it, making them more and more in need of the drugs.

Yeesh, people - just move on. This is all so not worth getting worked up over.
At this point, the Devs are more than aware of the LOS problems. If a Jedi uses it, just move on. Getting all bent out of shape about it and calling CSR's to come get the shmo out just does 2 things:
1) it wastes YOUR time from going and getting another Jedi, while you wait on a CSR to come play God and move the Jedi
2) prevents you from getting more money from other Jedi missions against people who aren't LOS exploiting on the trail.
Why is it so important to get a CSR involved and get that Jedi's wrists slapped? I mean, come on - look at all the CSR's who've moved/punished Jedi who've done this. Has it prevented others from doing it? No. It's an exercise in futility - until they fix the problem, just move along. Save yourself the wasted time and all the aggravation.
not completing the mission simply encourages people to cheat.
No, it just means you didn't complete your mission.
You are a Bounty Hunter, not a CSR. Your job is not to discourage cheating. CSR's have been notified many, many times about this problem - they know, the Devs know, and as such, a fix will be prioritized accordingly.
Don't assume too much responsiblity on your own for policing this game - you have neither the resources nor the tools to do it effectively.
End the mission, do a /bug, and keep playing your game. The more /bug reports, the easier it is for the Devs to prioritize something.
Unless you tell the Jedi, "Hey, if you go right over in that spot, I can't shoot you at all!" you're not encouraging cheating.
If the Jedi wants to cheat, they will.
I don't think your concern is that the Jedi gets encouraged to cheat, I think you just want to see the Jedi punished for cheating. If you want to do that, there are plenty of CSR-type jobs you can look into. In the meantime, play your game to play your game, and if there'sa situation that's been well-reported, and you encounter it, /bug it and move on.

Nothing cures cancer.
And if they did that, they'd assume more risk than any person with half a brain in business would assume.
If they were ever discovered, they'd be ruined, and so would the pharmaceutical industry, because it's based on trust.
If they had a surefire cure, the companies would do what they do best - get a patent, slap a pretty label on it, make befuddling commercials, and list all the side effects...and profit like never before.
Look at how much people pay just to be TREATED for cancer, in the hopes it works.
Now, tell someone that they can buy a cure for cancer, a 100% cure. Tell me they won't pay anything they have to, to get it.
