What makes you say Dont bother useing Duelist with a jedi??? I use it and I know when I dont use it when Fighting a jedi. It seems to work for me.

As people have stated, use it and macro it.
Those that state it doesn't help against Jedi don't know what they are talking about. There are a LOT of non MLS templates out there, if you have this skill macroed you will notice the Jedi missing a lot more.
