Pretty much the way it is and should be. for those jedi that cant grasp the concept try your holocron. in the search option look up "Can I be a Sith" When ya read it you Will Prob be in denile still but youll have fact to Deny.

um that EP3. Republic is disbanded and the Senate aswell. you have 2 sides now the Empire and the Rebal Allience. rebs like Light jedi. imperial has a No Jedi policy. Dark light Grey no matter if it has a glowstick its On the Shoot first ask questions later list. And thats what has been stated.
Most who try to say they are Sith have no clue and are Prob ep1 fans as it was there first real intro to the SW universe.

I think that is going abit to far it would exclude jedi from some quests and other things, I just think they can be rebel or imp but need a jedi faction that superceeds the other 2 factions... I.E. the terms will say jedi, but this could be problematic since rebel bh really should only hunt imp jedi. But imp bh are ordered to kill any jedi... I don't think there is a really good solution with out lots and lots of code and that isn't going to happen anytime soon
