listen.

i dont want to hunt low level paddies that are no challenge that i can walk up to and gank them. that is no fun.

i want to fight 200k-220k that are nearly full temp but are feasable to beat.

and to the post above me, i want hunting to be hard. i dont want hunting to be pointlessly idiotic.

and, it seems that ive fought pre-cu sabers almost constantly, as each jedi is wacking me for about 900-1200, and i have 8050 or so recon

so whatever, make bounty hunting harder, give me more of a reward so im not spending more than im getting due to fighting 5 or 6 jedi before i can kill one.

pretty much the only way i can kill a jedi now is to wait for them to be occupied, or fighting something. (i also have a good T21, so its not like the gun is the problem)

yep first strike is meaningless for hunting full templates only time you really have a chance to win is if they are fighting a bunch of other creatures or if they are dueling another jedi. ITs just plain dumb luck its not like we can sneak up on them and wait for the perfect time to strike the radar keeps us from doing that. Any time i get any where near a jedi in the wild they instantly know im there. Being able to shoot first is meaningless withut the ability toobserve them undetectedbeforehand.

u know what would give us true first strike 2 things


fix the duel bug and give us the abiltiy to hide from radar when we feel ready to hide that would give us true first strike abiltiy

yep either that or some type of cloak ability rifle cloak would work perfect for this ifit didnt take you a half hour to move 50 meters.

like when i am hunting a jedi and i know what city he or she is located in i go there and i press a key and then my radar dot will vanish only to my mark but once i attack him i cannot use that abiltiy while tef is on both of us and that ability would have a timer and cost so its a tatic thing and of course 1 more thing

Get yourself +25 in group terrain negotiation and buy a pet, group with it and leave him somewhere at a spaceport. Fly to the nearest city where your mark is and drive to 260m from him. Cover up and start crawling. Most of the time your mark is duelling or fighting some mob(s). Wait till he's at 2k health and snipershot, Take a parwan and db, mission completed

Yeah i know how you feel, last 5 full-temp jedi, i killed only 1. (A cloaker too arg!)

But i don't know, i'm not really upset. I guess it's because i don't hunt with Uber equipment.....I'm saving my cash on the long run.

Some advise:

If you quit, then nobody wins. Hunting jedi isn't incredibly difficult, and it is all in the timing. You aren'ta tank, so stop fighting like one. Wait and attack when they are otherwise engaged. You aren't supposed to hunt 20 jedi a night, just 1 or 2. Take your time and don't attack unless things are favorable to you, ie they are in a duel, killing stormies, or mobs...or best yet, afk. Catch them with their pants down and you will win every time...or almost every time. And no, you don't need combat medic or doctor to do it...just HUNT your target, not rush in guns ablaze.

Its not really the equipment im concerend about most of my good stuff is adk'd. So losing is not a problem more of the problem is losing nearly every time even when you have 150 million in equipment i mean common everyone likes to win occasionally played this game for a year and a half now have been a bh since long before cu. And anyone who says blah blah tactics this and tactics that is really full of themsleves ive never lost a duel or pvp battle to a single normal player unless i got kd bugged or lagged out. And ive got atleast 5-6 good months of large scale pvp experience before jedi owned everything in the game. It wouldnt even be a big deal not being able to have much of a chance killing full templates. But the fact of the matter is your put up against them 90 percent of the time wich has just totally killed hunting for me since every time i go out i know its gonna be a 45 minute fight that im gonna lose in the end. You have no idea how many times ive been 15 minutes into a fight and just wished i would hurry up and die so i could get the inevitable over with hahahaha.

last9 or 10jedi i hunted i killed one, and he was ganked by about 20 or 25 sith shadow pirates from a base lol..and one other jedi was not full temp and cloaked and ran into a house (I sent a /tell saying bye, i see yuo're not coming out.. and then did /cover by the shuttlepport...but he knew i was stil there)

Im not complaining though, whetehr I win or lose it's still fun (when it's a good fight, i.e. non haxed saber) I almost reported someone for an overloaded saber today until i saw my armor was at 0 condition
