I watched him from about 15M for about 20 minutes as he dueled a number of people in front of the Bestine Starport. Finally, a 15minute duel with a TKM ended with my mark incapped.

I walked up, hit the U button, the DB timer started. 178K bonus. 211K total.

I didn't receive any hate tells. There were about 20 people in a group there watching.... I walked away 211K richer with a bunch of "?!?" in my chat box. They weren't directed to me....just a reaction to the corpse on the ground.Plenty of fingers were pointed at the other duelist.

The Jedi first /telled me about 10 minutes later...

Jedi: how did you DB me without attacking me?

Me: You were my mark

Jedi:Yes but you at least have to hit me one timein order to DB me. Anyways, I just reported that bug too.

Me:I don't think so. It is indeed possible to DB any TEFed enemy as long as you are in range. If it is indeed a bug, I'll report it too.

Jedi:It was never that way before. They had to attack first, and they didn't announce that change, so I'm just putting in the glitch problem. But congrats, you are the 1st BH in 2 months to kill me.

Me: Thanks for not hate-telling me. Some people are offended by cleverness.

Jedi:That's not really cleverness. It's exploiting a bug. It should get tossed to the devs, but rather it gets fixed or not I don't know, but I am going to to post about the glitch to warn other jedi as well on the forums.

Me: Exploitation is using a bug knowingly, that is not the case.

I'm not any sort of hard-core Jedi-hater, just doin my job. My opinion is that this mark wasn't exactly minimizing his vulnerability. He was not acting jedi-like. He got what he deserved. He learned a valuable lesson. It would be a let-down to see this get "fixed" and no longer be possible. Am I wrong here?
