Yeah Maybe you got something. I mean Make them truly get away. Not Force Regen while cloaked in a City. Make them want to use it to Run and get away. Hey i have No prob with a Runner.
Would it be possable to have a fox hunt horn though. Would allow us to have a little humor toit.
