Thread: I have a solution to the jedi situation please read.
I see...
It is "stupid" to let other professions besides jedi, do the long grinds and have the abiltiy to be 1.5.
Jedi is not the only profession...
I am not knocking jedi or saying they are too powerful.
I am saying let other professions be able to take their profession more powerfull....not only through becoming a jedi.

Yes, and you are 100% totally right.
I have been pressing this idea and supporting it where ever I see it. See the first link in my signature for why this is the only reasonable solution to Jedi issues, and not only that, even the Jedi will love it.
Wow... I give up.
Here I state something not to make jedi any worse, but to let other professions have more depth and no jedi will accept it.
Has it come to the point were jedi are so selfish they believe no other profession should be able to work harder to get more abilities?
Why are Jedi (not all but the ones above) so worried that other players will improve?
I see because they like to have a monopoly on being able to expand.
When you base your game play"what can the otherprofessions do" and not "what can my profession do" there is a problem.
I'll take the time to explain a valid counter arguement. Worried about other players being on our level? Why would we be? Most of us fight other jedi every day, it's nothing unusual for us to fight equals, that's not what most are worried about. Do you think everyone wants to be a jedi just because we're stronger? I for one doubt it, i think that many people want to be a jedi because they want to be, well, a jedi. They want the powers, they want the lightsaber, and some might even want to roleplay it. If every profession had to work as hard as jedi just to reach their potential, what is the point of grinding out those other professions when they could do the same amount of work and be a a JEDI? It would be the same as dropping jedi down to a regular profession. Jedi cannot be made to look any easier in comparison to the other professions or the problem will just increase. Is that an acceptable answer?

I donot want to be a jedi but as the game now stands they are the most powerfull.
Jedi do have to do alot more than normal players, so to balance this out...
Each Master Profession has a village type place. Once you become FS, you have a choice.
"which path would you like to follow?"1. Jedi 2. BH 3. Ranger 4... etc. (you may only choice 1 and must be a master in that profession... except the master part for jedi ofcourse)
Each profession has different village paths you only need avilliger for each begining novice (ie brawler marksman etc.) hybred profession can choice from their hybred (ie and BH can choose marksman or scout).
Now you can grind out your profession the same as you would a jedi. but now you surrender your regular skills for new ones . I.E. advanced BH lines, ranger lines etc.
When done with these new quests every top profession would be a 1.5x
To even out BH and Jedi when a BH duels a jedi and loses they lose all there exp just like jedi does, and a jedi can attack a BH at anytime that has his mission (when BH gets amission you get jedi's name and the jedi gets "you sense a disturbance in thef force: BHso and sois after you). The advantage for BH is the ability to track with droids. but first strike is first come.
This makes it so players who do not want jedi canhave a powerfull alturnative, and the ability to do the long grinding for it.
I make this in the response of jedi saying I grinded somuch longer, and it is harder to be a jedi.
I do not want to be a jedi... but as it stands it is the best.
To even this out, let other profession do the same amount of grinding to improve their character.
Everyone happy... there is nolonger a "best" and there is no more of this I should be uber because I did so much more.
