1) Attack. You're own fault for being on the terms.

2) Attack. I don't communitcate with my marks before the fight. If they're AFK, that just makes my job easier. Without a CSR directly contacting me, there's noreason for me to believe your story anyway.

i'd killyou, blow up your house and all your stuff, nuke your town and vapourise the planet you live on.

Come on this thread is silly.... You said you just wanted an opinion.. You cannot keep adding bits to it in your defence, it happened live with it.

I cannot believe the CSR and the guy lost his credits.. If you are in the game you are there to play, if not then get out of it..... and if you have to do something else lock yourself in your house... I am suprised this was not done as most Jedi have no problem locking themselves in houses for hours on end.

A BH's only advantage is first-strike. So its only smart to attack you while you cant defend yourself, or attack you while you're on the villiage quest. He can kite the crap out of you if you're the one with the commander, seeing you cant go x far away from him. No matter where you are you are subject to attack....

And why the hell would you leave your house if you knew theres a BH standing outside your door?

1. A) I just gave away my position if I'm close enough to see that he is doing a quest so I'm already running in to attack. Also what is the purpose for a Jedi to do this quest except for two reasons that I can think of? 1) To help a friend complete this difficult quest, in which case the hard part is over and your friend can finish up with out you. 2) To get the reward, in which case it's no dire need for player progression and you can try again after I've killed you or you've run or wiped me off the face of Dath.

2. A)Inever talk to my mark before I attack him. The only advantage we have is first strike. That being said I would have been waiting outside your house for that twenty or so minutes hiding waiting for you and as soon as you left your house I would pounce and from what it sounds like I'd have won and lost all my credits but still have the satisfaction of the win with only a second thought of Why didn't he attack? (has to catch his breath after such a long sentence.)

The main point is First Strike is (And the Devs had said this.) our only advantage against most Jedi we face, so giving that up leads to a mission failure.Don't expect the game to stop just because you are having a problem. Keep yourself protected at all times or be ready for a fight.

You find your targetstanding on the Balcony of a guild hall.. and hes not moving (possibly afk) so u send him a tell, he replys to you that he is talking to CSR trying to resolve a bug hes having.. he logs 3 or 4 times in and out, then sends u a reply back that he cant attack cuz of an Armor bug glitch and CSR told him to tryshuttlingto a near by shuttle port.. when he has to leave his house on his way to a shuttleport, do you A) attack anyways B) Wait til he comes back then attack? C) try again later

If the CSR deems it approprate to take you to safety or give you back your last XP, so be it. Otherwise, it's between you and your Jedi god (yeah, I know, it's not a religion)

Ok lemme know what you think.... Both of these happened to me.. luckly for #1 i was cloaked when he showed up, and he tryed AoE 'ing me out of cloak (reported) and #2 the bh attacked me when i left my house, i couldnt attack or healmyselfso CSR errased my debt and took away the bhs money he got from me..

i am just looking for honest answers here..

You reported someone for decloaking you with a perfectly legal and acceptable tactic? If he's within AoE range (for most professions) you'll decloak anyway. Wow. I hope the CSR that answers give you a nice mark on your record "don't like to this guy, doesn't know what he's talking about."
