You can track him, but it doesn't show a name. All you have to go on is "Some Random Spynet guy". Clearly he is out in the wilderness because he found a nice spot toafk-grind loot and exploitthe LOS.

if the spynet guy was really smart he'd go to kash lol so the droid would say "Somne random spynet guy on one of the 30 instances on the planet kash" lol

The one from Kadaara will move to the bottom of DWB.
The one from Dearic will be in a +CLOAK+ed escape pod, somewhere in the Kessel system.
The one from Eisley will remain, but will be CL94 and will aggro if you try to get a biosig from him.
