I also have pistoleer 0003 actually, as I imagine many do. That gives me blind recovery, but I cannot say I use it much. Do people actually use recoveries other than KD recovery? Well, the problem with your template is if you get dizzies and KD, you will not be getting up. That's why I asked. Most NPCs do not do both, but most Bounty Hunters (if they see that you are a Commando) will.

Yea, who knows. In testing you had to cure dizzy before getting up. It was told to everyone that you would have to recover from Dizzy in order to get up from a KDfirst. I've noticed that that is not the case Live (at least not 100% of the time).

Weither it is a bug, an undocumented change, or an overlook is anyone's guess.

Ya, states and bleeds from BH were taken down several notches it seems. If blind/dizzy/stun actually did something more profound I would not mind the fact that I sometimes have to spam attacks to get something to stick. However, one thing I have noticed is I can tank better if the MOB is Stunned and/or Dizzied (not sure which one makes the difference). But sometimes keeping stats on an elite MOB will be the difference between using a Stim D and not using a Stim D to take him out -- which I guess is something.

in my experience, the bleed would stack. not for higher damage, but for a much more frequent tick. like 2-3 seconds instead of 10-15.

sometimes, in the combat log, i see tow ticks next to each other between regular damage messages.

Honestly they should ditch the bleed and up the damage modifier a tad. And leg shot is on par with Critical not torso.

Being a MBH/Master Commando I use it for my secondary shot between critical shots. But I am kinda disappointed by the bleed -- its hardly worth having a bleed icon for it. I am glad to see a few others with similar opinions and a thread about this. Its nice seeing a thread on the BH boards that does not involve Jedi. I tend to shy away from this board more and more since I no longer care to wade through all the crap. But things do seem to be cooling down lately.
