It's pretty sad the guy who actually HAS the full suit said he won't use it because he doesn't want to ruin it.

I STILL hunt in full R.I.S. from time to time.

Cant confirm anything on the bracers or the belt. I just saw this guy in game it is not me and took a pic so we could see what some of the different color combinations looked like. So on that note of you have an almost full suit crafted where it will show the palette well please post pics and help everyone out in choosing their colors. Sounds like a good idea at 2:30am anyways.
