I think about the game not about only BH.
No need to be rude kid.
If you want to see half of the population going bh good but I don't think that way.

I've hit 6 marks today.
1 - no bar - slicing loot
4 - silver bars - 3 slicing loots and one food item.
1 - gold bar - slicing loot - Trigger
I think the hotfix fixed something else.

1/2 the population going to BH? by the time the grinded it out (unless still have respec) all this loot will be embedded in the market... The reason why ICB's sold for 1-2 mil before the publish was that they were very rare!
When every current bounty hunter has easy axcess and people find this out they will not pay 1-2 million for them.
Also many of the "looters" today do a "macro - loot" this you cannot do while doing BH missions. The majority of people that set up loot alts leave them on a macro in the caves or where ever and go about their day. If the really believe that they are going to make $$$ when the grind out----- lol let them come.
By the time the get here 2 things will have happened (one of which is happining now)
1) Noone is going to bay $$$ for loot that is in huge supply (simple economics)
2) The nerf the loot and then they have to grind back to to macro looters.

I am an active Bounty Hunter ( no hyphen by the way). Since you apparently only targeted Padawans or NPCs, it probably does not effect you. I am accustomed to pulling higher level Jedi, not leaving it up to chance. The end payout IS the same, if you manage to get that mission, but for Padawans, it's not even worth it, "Which you'd know if you were an active bounty-hunter." In case I wasn't clear in my post, though, if you don't like all the extra loot then go dance in Jabba's palace and stop complaining about benefits to others.

About 15 Boss mobs out of those 70 missions.
4 BH armor schematics
3 total good WS loot drops.
2 tapes with decent stats

Now do the math on a comparable loot mob like krayts. For 70 krayts I'd expect alot more that the loots listed above. On top of tissues theres the pearls, premium drops or not, and other loots like tapes that are worth millions and you would have alot more of them.
Krayts are freely availible to anyone who can make it to Tatt and drive in the desert a bit and you can group with friends who are actually willing to come along. And they are in the same spots, respawn so you can keep farming them, and easily found.
BH marks are done solo, no idea what planet you might end up on or how far you might have to track them, and even then you have to hope for a Boss mob, kill it, and then hope for a good loot drop.
Which one seems harder to you???
This is just one example. Theres plenty more mobs that are freely availible to all and you can bring your friends who actually would want to go for the known loot drops on those type of mobs.

Step up and be heard. Theres no unbalancing issues here. What, these people too ignorant to find a Giant freaking Krayt in a desert environment? Lord Nyax suddenly buy a camper anddecide to starttraveling the system planets hiding out in disguise?Did the NIghtsisters suddenly take up farming and become poor peasants? Theres plenty of mobs with plenty of potential loot out there you just have to get off you @ss and try to go get it.
Instead its a bunch of crying and whining from alot of spoiled children who take the "If I can't have it neither than you" attitude and complain and call for nerfs. Where are all these posters over the afk loot macroers? Where's all the nerf posts about jedi and others exploiting the DJK's and +25 tapes. Or the same over the afk melee loot campers before the CU? Those went on for many months and in some ofthose cases are still happening. Theres plenyt of loots dumped into the economy everyday, alot of it by the same "concerned" posters wanting to ruin others chances at getting their own.
Don't let a bunch of spoiled children ruin one of the last good points to being a BH. The BH/Jedi interaction is borked and everyone knows it and if SOE wants to pacify the BH community with some fun NPC marks with comparable loots for the effort/riskversus Jedi marks I'm all for it. If NPCs aren't your style go grab a Jedi mission theres plenty of full temps out there for ya.
Sure other proffs need some work and others could use a good revamp for their skills but don't let people tear down a good thing for BHs. I'm sure there will be changes made over the next few weeks and all but don't let the BH envy of others ruin it with nerfs. Seems alot of people are interested in nerfing something rather than, I don't know likemaybe fixing it, and make the game better for ALL.
Have a good one all and don't let the BH proffesion be decided by a bunch of NON Bounty Hunters. Stand up for your profession and be heard.

Well said, Thraxor. We need to take a hard look at this. Nerfing is NOT the answer, bringing the other loot tables up to speed is.

Of course the "good" drop rates need to be low, otherwise they'll just get nerfed eventually. And the proliferation of high-end slicing components is good, since nowsmugglers don't have to deal with the insane prices of these components pre-Pub 21.
Or let me put it this way: pre-CU I loved solo hunting Black Suns for BH armor, and would normally find 2-4 pieces in a 3-hour buff session. That solo function is now available again, with much better BH armor loot.
And finally not to mention that NPC bounties were pointless before. Regardless of the drop rate, the point is that there's actually some reason to do these missions now.
I haven't said this of late but, good job SOE!

Prior to pub21tier3/4 black sun spawns which only rebs can draw duty missions for and another secret spawn which I won't post publicly drop ICBs, nothing else.
The one spawn that drops them now with any regularityare a profession specific npc which smugglers cannot hunt.
I hope BH loot is not nerfed as a result of these discussions but other loot tables are corrected with proper quality and quantity.

Suddenly everyone thinks the new Mark Loot is flowing like "candy" as one person put it, and this is just not true.

I believe that when they implement something special for one profession and they whine about it, it should be taken completely away.

jesus yuo gyus must be unlucky, I've done about 6 or 7 NPC missions since the publish and got AS experimentation 9 (off a non boss mark), general ranged accuracy 6 carbine speed 8, and one with general ranegd accuracy 8 droid speed 8
not to mention a bunch of mando intraframes, reactive micro plating, and delicate trigger assemblies
Still hoping to loot some BH armor schems though
