Can't agree with this. I've never come across another hunter in game who targeted anything under 100k unless the terminals were otherwise empty.

Come visit Intrepid then... all those respec BH's (saw more of them than Jedi in the game) would do nothing else but hunt low level Jedi, and often continuously try and hunt the same ones day after day... at least with the Jedi I tried to help level. Soon as one got on the terms, a BH would show up shortly after.
