Thread: Is there any easy ways to get investigations?

Sorry if it seems boring but welcome to the life of a bounty hunter. As you progress up the trees the droids work better but there is so much experience you earn by doing this. You learn how the other planets look and what ones have the aggressive mobs. You learn how to avoid those mobs without losing time, you learn how your mark moves and which starport he is moving towards to save yourself time. I have picked up alot of exploration badges just from hunting marks.You learn how to use the droids.I hated the respec period because I had MBH's coming up to me, a lower level bounty hunter and asking me how to use droids.When the marks start dropping loot again you can sell these things on the bazaar terminal and make extra money.Let's not forget how fat your account gets from doing this either.I was at over a million credits by the time I reached invest 4.No mission terminals in game offer as much money for a succesful mission as the bounty hunter's.Soon, the planets and the terrain become second nature and this is really important when you decide to take on the most difficult marks of all, the jedi. If you are into role playing this is probably the best way in game to do it. If none of this interests you than maybe bounty hunter isn't for you.

I'm glad you said it. I can certainly understand the desire to grind smartly, and asking questions is the fastest way to get the best advice, but I just cringed when I saw the "how do I set up a macro for that" post up there. THE HORROR! Actually, I'd shake the hand of anyone that could figure out a way to AFK grind BH investigation XP.

uggh to think i just grabbed a few mission per day when it was slow to get Inv 4. LOL Never jammed a uplink till master. ( Yeah was late learner on that one) but I did it. And i knew how the droids worked and How they would Fubar.

My question is when can I start Jamming uplinks?
I was MBH once before (ginded invest during double exp so it wasn't so bad, didn't jam any uplinks)
after a quick trip to TKM/MSwordsman/4xxx doc, I'm omw back.....suveilence
I am currently x444 BH/TKM (little swords left over) clvl 76... when I try to jam the uplinks on forward outposts it tells me "only a BH with the proper surveillance can jam this uplink" (or something very similar to that)
I thought maybe I had to be SF instead of combatant but that was not the case....

What is required for jamming uplinks? lvl 80? MBH? invest 1,2,3,or 4?
