I believe its the same bug that stops you mounting mounts.

Its a locked combat command. First thing you do when you see an error message is hit any other random attack speical once, let it give you "can not attack when knockeddown" then hit Recovery.

Only problem with the waiting is that the Jedi is usually beating the crap outa you in the process. Course I'm sure this goes both ways. Would like to see this get fixed.

Was messing around when another BH friend of mine offered to duel me, soon as I hit /duel he knocked me down and thats where I stayed for a good 2 minutes of the fight. Sucked, but he ended the duel soon after that, with a few "lol's" in there.

It doesn't seem to affect everyone, but when it does hit, usually makes or breaks the fight one way or the other.

I LOVE all the suggestions, it renews my faith in this community. However, I have tried EVERYTHING! All of these suggestions have been posted before and I have tried them all (from the macro, hitting escape, to selecting a ranged attack THEN hitting recovery). I have until the 11th, and while I've ben spending the majority of my time playing other games, as a continuing effort to find something that works, I will try all of these again. I would hate to have people think I'm simply discounting these suggestions without at least trying them all aagin.

I would like to point out though, that the last 3 post all contained different "solutions" to this bug, and that kind of tells me that no one has yet to "lock down" a solution to this problem. If there were 4 or 5 of the same suggestions, I would feel confident that a single solution is working for many people.

ONE question. Above all....what's up with the KD bug? That's it, that's all. I'm leaving the game until it's either fixed or deemed "WAI" (and if this is WAI, I may not be back).

If your yet unaware of this specific bug, allow me to introduce you to this very annoying problem.

I am a MBH, MCM, Pistoleer 0/0/0/3, Medic 0/4/2/0

As a BH, it has become more frequent that a Jedi uses a KD attack, usually Saber throw to KD my character. From this point I rarely recover before I'm dead. As I try to use the special ability "Knock Down Recovery", I get a system message that says, "You cannot use Knock Down Recovery while Knocked Down. Even the Pre-CU KD-dizzy combo wasn't this bad.

In all honesty, very recently my Jedi missions look alot like this:

You use Advanced Critical shot for xxx damage
You use Torso Shot for xxx damage
You have been Knocked Down
Jedi xxx uses Armor break
You cannot Knock Down recovery while Knocked Down

Sorry I didn't get all of the combat log...but the rest of it looked pretty much the same. Throughly disgusted that this was roughly the 5th Jedi mission to go this way....I have yet to take another Jedi mission and have started to "prep" myself for live after SWG.

*EDIT* Additonally, please look at combat log lag...incapped at 23:14, not registered until 23:20, 6 seconds latter. More then anything I want the KD bug fixed, then I will adapt to PvP foghts with really bad lag.

I agree, its annoying in all pvp fights, even for jedi.

Love at the end of your screen "cannot kd recovery while dead"

Fix this now!

You spammed it 5 times every second. I know it should still work but the spam dont help. you gotta wait til yer last shot's cool down timer is done, yea lame and bugged but that's what we gotta do.
