I;m not sure what the cap actually is..but I dare say this is damn close. its on the level of Krayt weaponry me thinks. though I'll admit I havent messed with high cap scatters much.

1st npc loot for me was alrite, got a clothing attachment polearm assembly 9 polearm speed 7, and a illegal core somethin for smugglers. lets hope it carries on like this, because i havnt looted anything good in AGES!

that scatter is a whole 12 points short of the damage cap (948) but the sac and the min damage are really nice...please dont get this nurfed before I can get home from work! I'd destroy my current scatter and adk that one instead!

Im gonna be hunting NPC's nonstop for the rest of the week.

Are they trying to exterminate the Weaponsmiths now?

If I'm grinding my investigation xp and doing missions...sometimes I'll get a level 80-83npc. Does this mean that I have a chance to experience some of this even though I haven't reached MBH yet? I can get the loot by just killing high level NPC missions?
