when that happens just walk up to him, he should aggro you
Tried that on all of them and never drew any aggro. Eventually had to give up and leave out of frustration. I even walked up and slapped and spit at a few of them trying to get some sort of reaction.

was the name of the white non-attackable mark the same as your NPC target's name? when you see this happen, use another charge on your seeker to "identify" ... if it ain't the same name, your mark is lurking around somewhere near and attackable while some decoy is standing at your waypoint... had this happen several times already... usually near a city.

I'm assuming boss mark would be the one w/ gold brackets right? If that's the case I'm not getting anything different from them than a reglar mark. And actually Most of the time the regular mark has best loot. Is it not working properly?

Yes - it was the exact same guy I was looking for no doubt about it. This is nothing new the same thing used to exist back in the day it's just started making a reappearance now.

I noticed that they agro me when I have a gun in my hand and they dont agro me when I dont have a gun in my hand. This could be the case with you

I pulled5 boss mobs yesterday and had good loot on all of them: each had at least 1 slicing component, one of them had 2. 2 of them had SEA's as well and all of them had a foraged fruit/fungus etc. and one BH leggings schematic.

Nope, walked up to them with gun in hand and even tried saying the mission text (you know "client requests that you say so and so") but nothing works.
