Thread: disturbing behaviour from BH's on Eclipse

I have learned of some troubling behaviour of some BH's on eclipse, could be happening elswhere.

It seems that some BH will wait for annother to call an arykid, and use it before the person who called it. basically forcing him to drop the mission, unless he can grief another BH in the same way.


This is despicable. We are a community and should stick together for the greater good of hunting jedi(and npc marks if that is your thing).

Why would someone do something like this to one of our own?

This needs to stop!!

how did this story even start? BH know that you can't use another's arakyd.

Ok, here is thie info I went on when I started this thread.



I'm not turning on anyone. It just angers me to see 3 other fools rush towards my droid so they can get out of Kadaara 4 seconds faster. You can use any droid that is called from orbit. It doesn't have to be one you called. If you do use another Arakyd that some one else has called, you will eventually bug the one you DID call, if you bothered to call one at all, meaning that the BH who's Arakyd you've hijacked cannot access the one you called, cannot call another Arakyd or a seeker, and must drop the mission that he'she holds so as to be able to call another Arakyd.


So far, I've had 3 of my Arakyds rushed by mutliple BH's. One got nabbed but I used the one he called. One I got to before the other parasites got to it, and the last, today, got nabbed by some one and I could not use the one he had called, meaning I had to drop my mission and call another droid and hope some scavenger wasn't waiting to beat feet over to it.


This was posted by a player on eclipse forum.......forgot to put his name in, but That's not the point.


If this is incorrect, glad to know it...and I bow to those who corret me.


But if this is able to happen, then it is a disturbing development.

I didn't think what im saying is THAT hard to understand

The green text in post above(had to change colour) is from a player on eclipse, saying other BH's seem to be useing his droid when it landed, and he either had to do the same to someone else to get his mark, or drop the mission.

Now I'm going on other info, not my own. If he is off his block, sorry for wasting your time, but if what he says is true, it is disturbing.


Any clearer for you?

That guy is messed up. Due to the introduction of the new NPC bounty loot, kaadara looks like a parking lot. If it ain't the one you called, you don't even get the option to transmit.

Please confirm if your information is true before trying to blame whoever your trying to blame, thats what gets many a journalist in trouble these days.

Edited: Not a flame by any means, just a tip from a fellow BH who maybe knows a little about this the hard way.

A droid landed next to someone, they thought it was theirs and couldnt use it. many BHs were around and he thought someone jacked his, mean while, his droid is 30m away waiting to be used. I bet this happens all the time.

i myself am an bh on eclipse.. and i have been running jedi missions all day... and i have not ran into this problem.. pls name the bh's that have jacked your droid b4 u accuse someone of it.. yes there have been many droids running around when i call mine out.. if its not mine, it will not give me the option to use it.. i dont know how you came across this.. all i can think to do is just report it and put the names of the bh's that have "jacked" your droid.. this might bea common bug their trying to fix.. i agree with the guy above.... todays kaadara has looked like a huge parking lot full of droids.. if it is a bug.. then im sure the bh's didnt mean to and just thot it was theirs so pls dont accuse eclipse bh's of anything unless you wanna list some names. or if you have /reported it already. and, if you wanna take the matter into ur own hands then dont post on forums.. give a tell to the bh..

Yep, it's raining probots in the fields of Kaadara. I recently ran to another droid and didn't get the radial option so then realized it wasn't mine.

Ok, to the last couple posters, I'm not the one with the problem and am not blaming any ppl spacifically. I myself have not evan started useing droids, as I'm still novice. So I did not know the game mechanics would not allow this to happen.


Obviously the person who originally posted the issue on a different forum was confused as to what was happening. An hones mistake, and perhaps he jumped the gun when posting this complaint.



The reason I started THIS post was to warn others of this(before I knew it was a non issue)


Sorry for any confusuion i have caused here.
