so why the hell is assault main BH armor if it's not the best for the job??? thats kinda stupid if you ask me.


what else is considered recon besides ubese?

well BH are certed for assult so BH should be assult, and we do more then just hunt jedi *cough*npc*cough*, also recon is tantel and ubese as far as i know atm

would a psg get my composite up to par with recon? probably yes but then i can add psg on top of ubese and get even more protection, right?

PSG's are only effective against RANGED energy attacks. Jedi attacks are considered MELEE energy attacks. Except for Powers, but PSG's wont be effective for those either.

plus PSgs are kinda iffy anyways. its not like 2k PSG + 8k Recon armor = 10k Energy resist. Its like 2k PSG = ~30% mitigation, then whats left after that goes to the ~55% mitigation of the 8k armor - u end up with like less than 60% mitigation in most cases.
