Thread: non MBH can't hunt jedi now, right?

I'm 3444 and was wondering if I can get a jedi mission. I think I heard that only MBH can hunt jedi now, right?

so I'm stuck doing missions that give ~450xp

don't worry about it. I don't think you need to be master to be a loot hore, which seems to be more rewarding than hunting jedi.

actually if i remember rightly the boss spawns only spawn for masters i think or it has a chance to spawn but only if youve got master. i dunno though have to re read it

the boss spawns are not in the game yet right? will you know right from the start that its a boss mission or is it a surprise? where can i get more info on this?

How do you tell it is boss, never paid much attention until today. I went after a npc instead of a jedi, because I ran out of food and didn't feel like logging in my chef to make some more. I tracked the little turd to Lok, where he spawned in between 2 groups of Kimos. He was level 84 with the silver brackets, not sure if they ever had the brackets before. He was a tough, too. I conceal shot him for 2000 pts damage and it barely scratched him. I was happy I had healing, because it took me a while. Of course I was unbuffed, had no food/spice, and all but jeez I never had that problem before. Was this a "boss" or just a taste of what we can expect and prepare for. If so I can't wait as this was the most fun I have had fighting npc's in a long time.
By the way this was on Starsider, mission payout was 31976 - and I got no clue until I got there.

I got a "bracketed" one oce when i was 2444 which kinda shocked me. I have a feeling that's notTHE boss everyone is talking about but who knows. Did he drop any loot?

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. Level 84 with as much Ham as a juvie krayt. And what did I loot? A spraystick!

Significantly altered NPC Bounty Missions NPC's and Loot. The higher the level of the Bounty Hunter increases the chance of seeing a higher level or Elite Mark. Master Bounty Hunters who are also greater than level 75 will have a small chance to draw a Boss Mark. The difficulty of the Mark will determine the quality of loot and chance of the loot to drop.

boss types will have 2 gold chevrons on each side. (One small, another large surronding it)
