What happened to the discussion about SG-1? Maybe some devs are Stargate fans and they didn't like being compared to the Orai.

They certainly aren't the ancients, their stuff worked. lol Ok not so much that big honking time thing. but least they didnt connect it to the stargate system and go, well, it's working as intended. lol Happy looping.

Btw I was trying to find that myself.
Figures the Orai would remove the heresey.

It got deleted... again.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

What I wanna know is, are the Orai of the same level/power as the Ancients, and are they of the same race, or did Daniel blunder into the wrong galaxy and the origins of the ancients are still to be found?

Of course I'll have to watch for the next few seasons to find out, but.. meh

Oh, and where the hell is Sam? if RDA can make a cameo, so can she gosh darnit!

Amanda Tapping was taking maternity leave during the filming of the first few episodes, but don't worry, she'll be back in episode 6. Oh, and Zane, sorry I hijacked your thread.

Doesn't bother me... the first time around it really got hijacked, but it was only about RHPS so it's not like it was that important.

I just have to laugh that both of them got deleted.

I'm not an SG-1 fan, but I felt the need to reply:

I will never be able to read the title of this thread without thinking of Fred Willard's character Mike LaFontaine from "A Mighty Wind"...

Hello, I must be going. I cannot stay, I came to say I must be going. I'm glad I came but just the same I must be going.

I'm pretty disgusted with SciFi. They drop one series, albiet a while ago, then "port" the cast from that series into another series? BAH!

Ben Browder is one of the worst actors! He plays the same character in every show.

Yeh, but it's a character we all know and love!

Wow, this thread hasn't been deleted yet. And I still think the Goa'uld are better than any other enemy out there. I mean, they're the iconic bad guys for Stargate, just like Darth Vader is the iconic bad guy in Star Wars.
