i know, thats why i sent in th report to get a csr in there, though this time of night not sure who would be on to come take care of it.

perhaps if you spent less time on a sig, and more time reading the forums, you would see this is an issue.

hehe you make me laugh, i have seen you use that sploitt several times tonight. Your sarcasm here isn't going to help defend you either

yeah what can i say, im just a funnny guy. What sploit are u talking about? im sploit free since i started this sony game.
Let me see jedi padawan on Rryatt Trail grinding XP and getting visibility. BH gets jedi mission and finds said jedi on Rryatt trail. BH runs the webweaver trail gets chewed and abused by spiders and feral wookiees and hopefully makes it to instance. Oh wait BH must stop at LOS spot on bridge to regen HAM and hopefully break aggro. Now BH is fully restored runs out with spiders and drops them on the grinding jedi. Jedi runs to bridge LOS point. BH gets mad because mark is on bridge.
I have seen this over and over. Works both ways, and all anyone does is whine. As fas as I am concerned the LOS in the instances are working as intended. Just because a player is savvy enough to use it doesn't make it an exploit. I have seen LOS work for and aginst me in 1v1 duels and hunts off the trail so what is your point? It appears to me that these things are working as intended for tactical use. BH use it as well if not more so, so why cry about it. Incorporate it in your tactics use it for what it is. Learn from it.

I agree with you that yes, both professions use it... BH's will do a burst run thru the trails, with a line of wookiees and spiders trailing behind only to stand in the LOS spot to break the aggro and regen. I have also seen many BH's come down, stand in the spot till he regened, then come out guns a'blazin on a Jedi he THOUGHT was AFK...but when the Jedi jumps out and starts to fight back, the BH will run right back to the LoS spot and /unstick....
SO BH's use it the same as Jedi.
But I disagree in your attempt to paint it as a working as intended mechanic. It is a bug, and IS being exploited. ALL who abuse it should be punished accordingly, BH and Jedi alike.

Cannot be working as intended since it allows one player to become completely invulnerable in PvE and PvP. It definitely is bugged terrain, and using it to become invulnerable is not "smart tactics" but exploiting.
On the other hand I do agree that it is not only used by Jedi. Some BH found spots to "fall to the ground" from the paths and get to the wookiee village without ever facing a single mob, others burst run through the paths and stand in LoS-bugged areas to lose the aggro, and some use "/unstick" to leave an instance, avoiding aggro on the way back.
