Thread: a question for you bh's

i didnt move for 20 minutes, cuz i was talking to CSR.. i didnt have my afk tag on, and i logged after.. the bh sent me a tell, telling me to come out, and i said wait til i get this fixed then ill fight you... still he didnt listen

1) Attack. You're own fault for being on the terms.
2) Attack. I don't communitcate with my marks before the fight. If they're AFK, that just makes my job easier. Without a CSR directly contacting me, there's noreason for me to believe your story anyway.

hi there, im a jedi.. just want to say 1st off that this is not a hate thread, or meant to be a flame war, and im not gonna b1tch.. soooo
i gotta cplquestions for u bh's about morals.. like what would u do in this situation kinda questions.. all i want is honest answers from veteran bh's n00b bh's and respec bh's (if theres any of them left)
1. you pull a mission on a jedi, he's on dath.. somewhat near the village.. you track him down to find that he is doing the phase 3 quest where u have to capture the commander and hes only 300m from the village.. do you A) attack anyways not caring about his quest? B) wait til he is finished then attack? C) send a tell to him to find out whats going on...
2. You find your targetstanding on the Balcony of a guild hall.. and hes not moving (possibly afk) so u send him a tell, he replys to you that he is talking to CSR trying to resolve a bug hes having.. he logs 3 or 4 times in and out, then sends u a reply back that he cant attack cuz of an Armor bug glitch and CSR told him to tryshuttlingto a near by shuttle port.. when he has to leave his house on his way to a shuttleport, do you A) attack anyways B) Wait til he comes back then attack? C) try again later
Ok lemme know what you think.... Both of these happened to me.. luckly for #1 i was cloaked when he showed up, and he tryed AoE 'ing me out of cloak (reported) and #2 the bh attacked me when i left my house, i couldnt attack or healmyselfso CSR errased my debt and took away the bhs money he got from me..
i am just looking for honest answers here..

1. Of course I would attack him in the middle of his quest. If possible I would try to kill the target he was trying to save too.
2. Wait till he pay for his ticket then attack him. Hopefully if I win he'll have to clone and we'll be out 100 credits.

1) yep, attack. It don't matter what the Jedi is doing. He has a bounty on his head. Its nothing personal, its only business. And for me, without asking the Jedi what he's doing I have no way of knowing, and i'm not going to blow my cover by asking him if he's in the middle of a quest.
2) Not sure about this one, Jedi could be making it up to avoid combat. And if you're talking to the Jedi your surprise first strike has gone. Don't know what I would do, maybe come back later and try to re-establish my surprise first strike.

Not to be a jerk, but if i believed every story a jedi told me....id be poor. Giv'n the fact that this game has soooooooo many bugs. I may reconsider. id send a /t to the csr to see if hes telling the truth. ive never been faced with this problem though. Ialways shoot first, ask questions later. if hes actually dumb enough to stand on his porch instead of inside while talking to a csr...well....he may deseve it.

me and the bhtalked and i told him my situation.. then csr told me what to do, i told csr that i cant defend myself with this bug and he said he would take care of it.. so i leave my house hoping CSR sent him a tell to hold off 1 sec, but as soon as i left he attacked me anyways..
and if u were wondering the bug said i was wearing armor and couldnt use any force attacks, but i wasnt.. infact i dumped my entire inventory in to my house and was completely nekkid when CSR showed up

1. Attack. Unfortunately the mission has nothing to do with the BH contract. Therefore he can choose when to attack. It's nothing personal justpart of the game. As it is we as BH's are at a disadvantage since Jedi are more powerful than any other profession. We have to usewhatever is availableto at least give us a chance to win the fight.If he sends you a /tell then he gives away the "first strike" advantage to you. You'll probably start your macros and pull out the glowstick and beat us to death with it.
2. First the BH doesn't know who you are so you could be feeding him a line. If you were truly experiencing problem then the CSR should have intervened and sent him a /tell explaining what was going on and requesting him to leave you alone for the moment. I would have attacked you if the CSR didn't say anything to me.

as i said b4 it appeared as if i was afk, which i wasnt and i saw the bh, and i knew he was here for me.. he waited for me until i came outside, which i told him i had to goto town to travel....there was no suprise 1st attack.. just a 1st attack, and i told him i would fight him as soon as i got the bug fixed.. but he didnt listen

honest answer, CSR did intervened.. after the fact, and neither the bh or CSR told me whethere they communicated.. but the issue was resolved with me debt free, and the bh pennyless

a) kill him and ruin other players mission if possible (better u than me)
a) enter 2 get 2 balcony then attack if i cant attack from outside or send in a probot. if he was having problems he should try /unstick. like im gonna worry about a jedi

a.) i'd send him a tell saying i was attacking when he was done with commander, if he chose to run now i'd shoot him as he ran
b.) i'd ask jedi name of CSR and ask the CSR if the jedi truly is having this bug...if they are i'd come back later
