you claim its fixed and have for some time...maybe in pve...but in pvp i never get bleeds about 30-40ish, is there something i can do to get it higher, i'd kill for a 100+ tick

i think the amount of the bleed depends on how much dammage you do

I suspect the hesitance about bleed is - literally - the CM/BH template (my old template, incidently).

I'm picturing going after a jedi and dropping a tick of over 700 points on him/her between poison, fire, and bleed - then stacking on a working disease to tick 40 wounds every few seconds. As a BH I'd love it, I'd just sit and uber-heal until the jedi (who didn't invest in much healing) was down to about 650 health under the black bar.

Then again, nothing should ever be that easy. Until the devs figure out a way not to allow stacking of dots four, five, and six deep... I don't think we'll ever see a working bleed or disease.

Yeah i'm referring purely to pvp usefulness...i know in pve it hits a bit higher...all dots in pve are worthless CM and bleeds, but i'm just real curious to see if this is considered fixed for pvp..i mean 33 damage every 10 seconds or so?....come on now lol

Remember the good ol' days of stacking bleeds?? Hit a beast 3 times, sit back and watch it bleed to death..ahhh, fun times..

With a damage powerup on a Proton Carbine (1000+ max damage), I'm getting around 50 damage per tick, and the ticks seem about twice as far apart as the CM DoTs.

Torso Shot is pretty useless in most situations. Between Critical Shot and Headshot, using Torso Shot is just a waste of time because the damage it does plus the ticks are less then the damage of the 2 main damage shots.

Now, if you are a MBH / MP then it is useful for a secondary damage shot. But the bleed is pretty useless. It really doesn't make a dent in anything and most PvE targets will regenerate the health they lose from the tick.

PvP is also pointless as it is a Action Cost sink and little to no return in comparision to what else you can do (As most people are Rifleman).

With all that said, it is fine as is. Bounty Hunters are not Level 5 power. Between Critical Shot and Torso Shot we have enough to justufy the Level 4 power. Torso Shot is about as effective as Leg Shot and Torso hasa bleed. So I don't see a need for a change.

I think it should eb around 100+ in pvp 400 plus in PvE

30-100 damage very 10 seconds or whatever just plain sucks.

Being a MBH/Master Commando .....

Just wonder about your template. Where do you put the other Skill points? As is, you have no recovery, are you dabbling that?

I also have pistoleer 0003 actually, as I imagine many do. That gives me blind recovery, but I cannot say I use it much. Do people actually use recoveries other than KD recovery? I cannot imagine people would dabble just for that, but I may be wrong. I have yet to determine how effective stun/dizzy/blind is in pvp, as I have not pvp'ed with this character a whole lot recently. And I have also read reports that these states are currently underpowered and the devs plan to take them up a few notches.
