Thread: The new BH Terminals

Until today I've not hunted marks since the new terminals started coming up with alliegiance and online status (I was grinding for FS). I go to hunt today and it's all well and good that it displays the faction but I must vehemently disagree with not posting the name (or only being able to find it via seeker droid). For the numerous Jedi who use Kashyyyk as a safe haven it is impossible to find them. Before we at least had a name and could watch the spaceport or hunt the instances to find our mark, now we can't even do that.
Is this an attempt by the devs to make the bounty hunting profession obsolete? The way I see it with so many Jedi running around the server (Ahazi at least) there's a greater need for BH's as a way to 'cull the pack', in a manner of speaking. I personally know two Jedi who stayed on Kashyyyk for the entire time it took for them to go through the ranks up to Master Jedi. Is this fair to the bounty hunters? Sure it saves time not to have to add and remove names from our friends list but what are we trading it for? I got 10 missions today, 9 of them were on Kashyyyk when I first checked with my probe droid. The 10th hot-footed it to Kashyyyk once he/she realized I was after them.
Jedi on Kashyyyk are now completely inaccessible to bounty hunters because we don't have their names. I don't mind hunting on Kashyyyk and looking for them through the various instances and trails. Bounty Hunting is not supposed to be easy peasy work. But I do mind having the profession I loved and worked hard for nerfed to where it's not... fun or useful. I don't want to spend all my time at the terminals waiting for someone who isn't on Kashyyyk.
Thus ends my gripe.

Hey, at least they didn't try to distract us with a shiny object like NPC marks dropping loot.......

I didn't become a BH to get loot. I became a BH to hunt Jedi.

How can I do that when;
a. 90% of the Jedi I went after today were on Kashyyyk. with the last one heading there as soon as he knew I was after him.
b. I have no name, so even if I went to Kashyyyk to look for them I wouldn't be able to find them.

No offence, but this is a really dead horse. The whip marks have whip marks..... 
But, the only way to do it on kash is to tab through till you hit a player that is targetable. It sucks, and it's slow, chances are with the /duel /enduel spoiler (figured I would use a new name to avoid the hate responses) your only clue will be to see them running to the LOS bugged spot.
I know it's not much help.....

This doesn't work anymore... u need to get the players name first before you can tab/attack him and if you can't launch seekers on Kashyyyk, it's useless. Go hunt a jedi before giving stupid advice.

How is that people are killing spawn campers on Kash then?

Easy... they're all in the same place.... just have to pick different instances....

ERR WRONG. You do not need the name to Tab them or attack them. One Wookieworld all you have is tabbing.

You send out the droid when you get close to them to get their name... then you can target them... without having to put your mouse on them.. i.e. tabbing.
