Smuggler and Bounty Hunter players alike were really up for this, where's it gone?

no word about this ever being added unfortunately...if both sides are in favor of it, it should be added, would be nice to have to prepare for more than just jedi fights..i'd like to have to worry about ranged as well, would switch up a lot of bounty hunters templates designed purely for melee.

oh no it was mention before jump to light speed came out they said that their going to work on that revamp after the cu and they call it the smuggler revamp

what happened to smugglers, should be the main question. Go to the smuggler boards and look at how many veterans have quit this week due to Tiggs announcement that any profession revamp has been put back due to bug fixes, but I bet the new FRS is implemented before a smuggler, squad leader or GCW revamp is seen.

Unlock and go jedi, would be my advice and enjoy the last few months of this game.

Tanks has posted on this a few times and the answer always seems to be that the devs have no intention of adding other player bounties beyond jedi at this point. There have always been rumours since a few smugglers posted that they would be interested but unfortunately it never did get past that.

I have a smuggler alt and would love to have BH hunt me. I was in favor of a system like this.

Smuggler slices gear

Players gets searched by authorities

They find sliced gear and player has the option to pay a fine our rat out the smuggler (which adds a very small amount of visibility). This player would no longer be able to rat out this smuggler until the smugglers visability gets to zero again (either by death or by decay)

Smuggler gets word that someone ratted him out (which gives the smuggler the option to never slice for that person again)

BH comes and kills smuggler.

Many of us would like the smuggler bounties, but I'm seeing a slight problem with this- a decreasing number of smugglers thanks to loot dependant slicing lacking business, I dropped smuggler myself.

Too manyissues going on in game to really worry about trying to pounce on another profession. Jedi would be less hunted then they already are. Think we need to work on our current issues then worrying about hunting anyone else, what are you gonna want next ??? Hunting chefs. If if they do put that in game I hope that WE DON'T get the first strike. Would kinda suck to be rooted and blown away by a nice T21, lol.

A problem w/hunting Smugglers is that you gotta be careful w/any future weapon/arrmor slicers. Smugglers are one of us, we don't ever want to lay the hate into them like we do to those worthless Jedi.
